The consumer price index for Japan in December 2007 was 100.9(2005=100), up 0.2% from the previous month, and up 0.7% over the previous year.

The consumer price index for Ku-area of Tokyo in January 2008 was 100.1(2005=100), down 0.4% from the previous month, and up 0.2% over the previous year
